3. Roster Applications & Queries

When submitting a job query or author submission, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details. You are responsible for safeguarding any tracking IDs or verification records sent to you.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, layout structures, stylesheets, and custom code on this site are the property of Antrim House Publication Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce or republish any site assets without our explicit prior consent.

5. Manuscript Queries

By submitting a manuscript query, you warrant that you are the original author or possess the legal right to submit the work. Antrim House will not use or publish your manuscript without a formal, bilateral agreement signed by both parties.

6. Confidentiality & NDAs

All specialists on our roster must sign strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before working on any enterprise client projects. Likewise, all query synopsis files are treated with strict confidentiality during the editorial vetting cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

Antrim House Publication shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website and platforms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access our portals.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to our query forms and services at any time, without prior notice, for actions that violate these terms or compromise security.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
